Dearest Guests, since we are willing to make your stay at B&B Le Ninfee as good as possible, we would like to share with you a few simple but important rules.
Our B&B is located in a quiet building, shielded from traffic noise, thanks to a large garden. The apartment belonged to our grandparents, Rossana and Pino, who shared their whole life with their neighbours: entering our B&B really means sharing our family life, of which our neighbours are an important part.
Therefore what we ask of you is nothing more than to be as kind with them as they will be with you and to observe the quite hours from 22:00 to 8:00 and from 14:00 to 16:00.
Please treat all the common areas in our property with respect.
If you choose us as your hosts, you will soon experience how much we care about our clients:pleasetake care of everything in the property, being aware that any damage will have to be paid for.
Finally, please be aware that, in order to preserve common safety, only checked in guests will be permitted to enter our B&B and animals are not allowed.
CHECK-IN
Check-in time at B&B “Le Ninfee” is 15:00, except for special requirements, for which please do not hesitate to contact us. Rooms and bathrooms should normally be vacated by 10:30 to allow for daily cleaning and tidying. Daily cleaning is not provided after these hours. In order to avoid unpleasant inconveniences, it is recommended not to throw anything into the toilet and to use the baskets we have arranged for you in every bathroom.
Inside the room you will find the keys for opening the external gates and a magnetic card for the main door of your room and for activating lights and air conditioning. Please remember that the keys must be returned on the day of departure.
In every room you will find everything you need (blankets, pillows, towels, personal hygiene products, akettle, a safe, a fridge, a hairdryer). However, if you need anything else, please do not hesitate to ask and we will do our best to meet your requests.
Upon arrival you will be required to provide a valid identification document for communication to the public authorities (data will be treated in accordance with the obligations of the law n. 675 of 31.12.96), we will then proceed with the regularization of the payment for the booked stay: it is possible to pay in cash or by card.
The agreed price for the stay in our B&B includes the use of the room, bathroom, breakfast, supply oftowels, bed linen, the use of the TV and air conditioners/heat pumps and all bathroom accessories.
Bed linen is changed every three days. Towels and shower towels are changed every two days, if you wouldlike them changed every day please leave them in the shower tray.Extra linen change is not included in the price, as it is considered an extra.
BREAKFAST
Breakfast is served between 8:00 and 9:30 (unless otherwise agreed) with genuine products, typical of Italian tradition: cakes, tarts, biscuits, fresh bread, seasonal fruit, water, cereals, jams and honey, coffee, tea, butter, milk, yogurt, biscuits. Guests are kindly requested to inform us if there are any known food allergies and intolerances.
In the rooms it is absolutely forbidden to prepare and eat meals. Any damage to upholstery caused by food will be charged for. The use of the kitchen is also prohibited, unless otherwise agreed.
CHECK-OUT
On the day of departure rooms must be vacated by 10:00 am to allow cleaning and preparation for the next incoming guests. A delay will result in the charge of anadditional night.
STANDARD
SMOKING is NOT allowed and no personal electronic devices are permitted (except for phone charging cables, the kettle in the room and electric razors at the outlets of the bathroom).
“Le Ninfee” B&B respects and protects privacy in accordance with Law 675/96 and Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003.
Any information provided to our website will be used only for the purpose of sending news about B&B and will therefore never be used for any other purpose, except with the prior consent of the guest voluntarily and expressly given to us.
At the end of the stay, the keys must be returned. In case of loss the amount of
€20,00 will be charged. Each guest is obliged to compensate for any damage caused to the B&B and for the improper use of the additional facilities.
Management is not responsible for the loss, theft or damage of guest property.
BOOKINGS
The booking request can be made by e-mail or by telephone. Once the booking has been made, you will receive an email confirming the booking with details of the payment methods. 30% of the total amount of the stay is required within 14 days prior to arrival at the property. Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer (IBAN code IT19Z0 760 103 200 001 052 252 143 registered to Lucrezia Arcidiacono).
If the booked property becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances we will try tofind you alternative accommodation or, if preferred, a full refund.
